Grade appraisal is based on the environmental temperature is 45 ℃. The machine is equipped with a 220 v anti-freeze heater All motor is protected by the thermistor       2.5.2 Motor starter Motor of the electric starter panels is installed in the machine room, and including soft starter of main pump motor and emergency pump motor star delta starter and some necessary switch, decelerator, fuse, etc 2.5.3Lighting Equipment  Warning lights installed on the top of the boom boom height.  The driver room and room lighting   2.5.4 Collector Ring A set of collector ring is installed in the center of the base is used to provide power for crane.   2.6 Steel structure   Crane steel structure, must be provided the certificate to show whether it is meet the requirements of the classification society.    All primary steel material must have a basis   The selected steel should meet design standard or ship classification society,and can extend at the   low temperature.   Before painting, all important welding must be in accordance with the requirements of the welding process and the nondestructive testing of implementation.     2.7 Spare parts The standard spare parts are as following: Selected ‘O’ seal ring hydraulic drive system Selected control signal of the electric light bulb Spare part of the filter socket Selected hose, and ensure each hose has enough length, can replace the damaged or broken hose.   2.8Tools Provided The tools provides as following: Quick connection system of emergency pump.
