1. Product Overview
X-Ray Fluorescent Elemental Analyzer（XRF-Single）is an online analyzer with a single stream and can measure multiple elements. Saving the complicated and tedious sample processing procedure, directly analyzing and measuring slurry and giving analysis results rapidly, the instrument can participate in and guide the automatic control of Production Process.
2.Principle of Analysis
XRF-Single uses X ray fluorescence analysis technology and the method of energy dispersion to analyze the element content in the material.
3. Product Features
♢ Real-time analysis: Online and real-time detection, the analysis results are quickly given.
♢ Representative measurement result: The reasonably designed measuring device and good flowability and uniform mixing of slurry in measuring cells ensure that the measurement results accurately reflect actual slurry status.
♢ Adaptability：Measurement is not influenced by concentration, particle size, bubble, velocity, delamination and other field factors. The analyzer uses a room temperature semiconductor detector and can work at room temperature without liquid nitrogen refrigeration. The analyzer uses an X-ray tube instead of a radioactive source.
♢ Single-point monitoring, XRF-Single can be installed directly on the process piping to reduce drainage reflux facilities and the amount of maintenance.
♢ It can be combined with a large reduction sampler, especially suitable for large flow, large diameter of the process points, the sample is highly representative.
♢ The new nuclear electronic technology and nuclear spectrum analysis technology can comprehensively analyze and process complex energy spectrum produced by various elements, eliminating the interference between different elements.

4. Product Parameters
♢ Various elements having atomic number of more than 20.
♢ Range of content of elements analyzed: 100% ~ 0.001%.
♢ Relative error：Normally, 1~4% under high content, 3~6% under low content, 10-20％for very low content.
♢ Stability：Under certain conditions, the stability is less than 0.3%, long-term drift can be automatically corrected.
♢ Analysis time: Each sample flow is consumed for 1 minute, time can be set by the user.
♢ The instrument size can be customized according to the site.
♢ Requirements for flushing water: Domestic water, clean, free of particles; 0.3 MPa < water pressure < 0.8MPa.
♢ Requirements for power supply: Power supply for the analyzer: 380/460VAC, 3 ph, normal operational power: below 3kW, max. starting peak power: below 8kW, earth resistance of grounding conductor: <4Ω.
♢ Requirements for compressed air: Supply pressure: 0.6MPa ~0.8MPa.
♢ Temperature Requirements: Working stream temperature: 0~40℃; Ambient temperature: -20℃~50℃; Ambient humidity: 0~90%.
