Product Description 2000bags/hour Bagged Cement Spiral Ship Loader This is fixed type spiral ship Loader, applicable for Cement Plant barge loading.
This ship loader consists of spiral chute, luffing, slewing, belt conveyor 4 systems.
Driving baffle of belt conveyor system transfers cement bags from feeding belt(jetty side) to loader belt system,  through transition belt system, central receiving turntable, short belt machine, jib belt machine and mechanical  spiral chute, telescopic belt machine to load cement to barge.
To assure barge not move and load cement bags to barge hatch, loader slewing system should operate along with  telescopic belt machine to adjust loading location in horizontal; while luffing system operates to adjust loading  location in vertical according to jetty water level and loading height change inside barge hatch. Per system can  work seperately and together, which meet demand of bag barge loader operation requirements.
Slewing system
Slewing drive consists of 2 sets of drive devices and slewing bearing
Drive device consists of variable frequency motor, vertical normal open hydraulic brake, friction disc torque  limiting coupling, vertical planetary reducer, working/nonworking limiter and small gears.
Vertical NO (normal open) hydraulic brake of drive device is suitable for actural operation of cabin slewing,  slewing speed can be controlled by changing physical strength on pedal brake, and avoid other systems swinging  of barge loader.
Torque limiting coupling of drive device can also act as safety equipment, whose sliding surface can interact  only in case of external force impact or abnormal operation, to protect loader from damage.
      Luffing system
Luffing system adopts one set of independant drum drive system and wirerope, pulley reeling system, to meet  demand of high frequent barge loading requirements, with good adjustable specification.
Drum drive system consists of duplex welded drum(including bearing base), coupling, reducer, 2 pics of normal  close electrical-hydraulic brake and 3 phase variable frequency motor for crane use only. Whose features such as smooth stop,  speed adjustable and safe/reliability.
At end part of drum fixed Schmersrl cam limit switch, to assure luffing system limit location under working/nonworking  condition; while in hinge joint of boom and L frame fixed 3 sets of limit devices (6 pics of Schmersrl limit switch)  to ensure luffing system operation safety.
Loader adopts well sealed pulley made of premium hot rolling steel plate, whose features such as high rigid, light  dead weight. Reeling system adopts 2 x 6*19-18-1770 wirerope, 4 ratio reeling, one end connects with drum by  wirerope clamp, another end connects with balance beam of cross hinge, balance beam can adjust 2 wireropes  unbalance stress automatically. While adopting safe rope between L frame and boom against emergencies.
    Steel structure
Steel structure is processed in accordance with contract requirements strictly, with high rigid and strength, designed  to eliminate concentrated stress, and have enough fatigue resistance and stability. Strength calculation is based on  related rules and standards.
Steel structure adopts Q235 mostly, key stressed parts (L frame) adopts Q345 steel, key stressed weld bead adopts  basic low hydrogen electrode. Parts of steel structure adopts frange bolts connection considering assembly and delivery  convenience. All bolts should have proper pertightening force and antiloosening ring. While bolts can loosen in case  of vibration, erosion, after working for a period of time, user should inspect and fasten them regularly. High strength  screws should be fastened towards bolts by torque wrench according to designed torque.   Main Technical Data  Main Technical Data
