Chain bucket ship unloader is mainly composed of the following parts: the bucket lifting mechanism, reclaimer bucket type lifting head rotary mechanism, feeding mechanism, arm rotation mechanism, jib luffing mechanism, a walking mechanism and a belt conveyor system. Unloading operation: material in the cabin of the ship will be dug up by the chain bucket, unloaded into reclaimer mechanism and level up to the Belt Conveyor in the jib frame, and finally transmitted through the central Hopper and discharging belt convoyor, and enter into the terminal belt convoyor system.
