2000TPH Ship Unloader with  Grab  be installed on Port: Length 221m, Width 22m, length of rail 206m, can  be used for unloading 5t bulk vessels. Our Ship Unloader obtain advantages such as progressive technics, reliable usage, highly stability, effective  productivity. 
Our Ship Unloader consists of trailor waggon, grab, cabin, self-driven trolley for operator with electrical  control system, luffing system, trolley travelling system, lifting and opening system, dustproof devices, Hopper,  crane for maintenance, top track ancher device, windproof devices, Gantry travelling system, power wire rope  drum, antidropping baffle, dustproof system, overload limitation, aeronautical beacon, anemometer, lightning-protection, fireproof devices, boom luffing angle indicator, various kinds of safety devices and alarm indicators.

Ship Unloader take use of 4 drum wire rope grab installed under cabin, opening, hositing and traveling of Grab  can be operated by various kinds of operating systems in fixed cabin. Opening, Luffing and traveling can be  operated solely or together, while Manual Operation obtain interlock protection. Devices has been installed on crane to pump water from ground to water tank in the crane, then transfer water  to spraying holes by water pump, Boom can be luffed to certein position, then be fixed by safety hook.
