Product Description
The port dust-trap Hopper is used for FIBC Ton/Bag weighing & bagging various kinds of granular materials such as foodstuff, dried cassava, fertilizer, powder of PVC, granular feed, mineral granule, alumina and etc.
The hopper can be fixed on the places such as dock, cargo yard, warehouse and factory etc. It is suitable for specialized production and flow process.
Installation Way
There are 2 main ways for installation.
1. The mobile frame structure:
DCS Weigher is mounted in the main support frame. The devices are integrated in frame. The frame structure is designed and installed on user's site according to the actual location.
2. The fixed frame structure:
The bagging house is a floor structure. DCS bagging weigher is installed on the second floor of workshop. The slide chute is designed and installed on user's site according to the actual location.

Certifications CCS/ABS/BV third party certification We offer the CCS/ABS/BV third party certification, which is recognized world widely .What the CCS/ABS/BV certificate tells: 1.the design all the productions drawings and the calculation is reasonable and meet the international standards.CCS/ABS/BV will audit all the productions drawings and calculation sheets before production. 2.The welding is good quality and meet the international standards.No damage detection report is required. 3.On site testing CCS/ABS/BV inquiry the safety rate is 1.25times, which means the actual lifting capacity is 1.25time the rated lifting capacity.And will issued exactly testing report according to the technical agreements.
